Preview: Boston Bruins vs Ottawa Senators

The Bruins have game two of their three games in three days trip tonight against the Ottawa Senators.

The Senators are expected to roll out the "big guns" in their final pre-season game. Expected starters for Ottawa include recent additions Jonathan Cheechoo-train and Milan Michalek, both obtained in the trade with San Jose for Drive-by Dany Heatley. The lines at practice were:

Michalek-Spezza-Alfredsson
Kovalev-Regin-Fisher
Foligno-Shannon-Cheechoo
Schubert-Kelly-Neil

Phillips-Volchenkov
Campoli-Carkner
Lee-Karlsson

The Bruins have not released their starters yet, but Tim Thomas is expected to start and Coach Claude Julien is expected to give a few of the younger guys another chance to prove themselves. Ottawa's new firepower should provide a solid test for Thomas. Recap tomorrow.
